Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.
Custom Orders: If you need something very specific and would like a glass customized even further than available, please contact me directly via e-mail or phone call to discuss details.
International orders: We ship within the United States.

Shipment: Once a transaction is made your order will be processed. Your payment basically reserves your order on my schedule. Each glass is lovingly hand painted one glass at a time and usually not painted ahead of your order. Expected shipment date is 2-3 weeks and is shipped by priority mail. HOLIDAY ORDERS MUST BE PLACE BY DECEMBER 1ST TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY DECEMBER 24TH. If you live in the Minnesota, metro area and would like to pick your order up to avoid the cost of shipment, please contact me to hold your order. You will be reimbursed your shipping charges upon pick up.
Privacy and Security: Your privacy is very important to us. We do not distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose. We appreciate your interaction with us and we are committed to protect your personal information as we would our own.

Sassyfras Boutique uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data and during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, personal informationis not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.
In addition, when you send a payment using Paypal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.
Returns/Refunds: Our products are custom made to order and not refundable or exchangeable. If we make an error in personalization we will be glad to correct the error. Items damaged in shipping are insured. Must provide a digital image within 5 days of receipt. One picture must show all damaged items combined clearly. Send picture via e-mail to sas@sassyfrasboutique.com. After the order is placed, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order by emailing me at sas@sassyfrasboutique.com. A full refund will be available at that time.
Sales Tax: A sales tax of 7.125% will be charged to all orders shipped within Minnesota.

Special Offers: Sassyfras Boutique will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers. To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process.
